Over time the challenges with my knees have increased, Father Time and a lot of mileage from sports. My right knee has a deformed ACL from a soccer injury, that was not correctly diagnosed at the time due to the medical technology available and was not able to heal properly. I have also had several torn meniscus episodes in this knee too. I did not choose to have any operations on the knee, just gave up all running & playing any sports. I bought this necklace because I have pain (arthritis?) in my neck. I have been putting Metax on my neck and that has definitely helped. I bought this necklace for additional help. My neck has been so much better since I got this necklace. Is it the necklace or the Metax lotion? Who knows. I do not really care. I love the necklace. It looks nice no matter what I am wearing and is so comfortable.
