- The item(s) must be returned to the address below within 30 DAYS of the order date.
- The item(s) must be sent with its original packaging, packing slip, and completed return form.
Optima Life Japan Inc. DBA PHITEN will ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES. The desired product must be re-ordered. Only items in re-sellable, original, and unopened condition will be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Hair care and skin care products (due to hygienic reasons)
- Bedding items such as pillows (due to hygienic reasons)
- “All Sales Are Final” items
Once the item is accepted, a refund transaction will be made within 7 to 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Customers may ship returns via their preferred carrier. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number or proof of delivery. Optima Life Japan Inc. DBA PHITEN cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, and refunds will not be issued if there is no record of receipt or proof of delivery.
Optima Life Japan Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return claims at its sole discretion, which will be determined upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
