Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped from Torrance, California. Most orders placed before 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are generally processed the next business day.
Shipping may be delayed if payment cannot be processed or verified. Some credit card issuers may place a hold on a payment if the billing information is inaccurate or the billing and shipping addresses differ.
Shipping Destinations
PHITEN / Optima Life Japan, Inc. ships to the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories. Orders shipping outside the continental United States are sent via the United States Postal Service.
FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. FedEx and UPS deliveries are made Monday through Friday only; weekend delivery is not available through the shipping options listed above.

The New Metax Knee Brace is now available with updated features. The heat retaining chloroprene rubber is used within the inner filling to keep your knees warm. The strength level of support can be adjusted with updated detachable auxiliary support side bands that do not interfere with the back of the knee while bending. Removable resin bars on both sides helps to restrict unwanted side movement and increases stability. The Metax Knee Brace is permeated with Phiten’s latest Metax Technology making this product vastly different from other supporters on the market. ***Package contains one Knee Brace only.
