I had these Disc's in my dresser for 2 years. I got a sample package for free at the Vegas Rock and Roll 5K. I was a total disbeliever of them and just tossed them aside. I have had arthritis for many years and also had full hip replacement of both hips and Neck Fusion as well. My right toe had been hurting from what my doctor said was arthritis not gout. It would hurt when putting my shoe on and discomfort when walking. One morning I saw them and decided there was nothing to loose so I put them on. I couldn't believe that within 24 hrs there was a noticeable change in the discomfort level. Definitely not a cure but it has made the issue much more bearable and manageable. Needless to say I purchased a larger pack and also have used them in other targeted pain areas.
