I use the tape and the patches and they both work so well. They work on overused wrists and knee injury . They don't irritate my skin, they stay on for a long as i need. The pain killing effect is 2 days (at least) The tape bends around my knees and stays where I put it. No slipping or peeling. These also seem to breathe really well. I dont have any skin irritation or redness over i remove my patch. I'd recommend these to everyone.

My mom used these titanium power tape discs to help her relieve pain. It obviously works great because she orders a new supply after using the all the old ones.

I have been using Phiten power tape discs since 1999 when I discovered them at an event in Japan where I was participating as an athlete. I now use the X30 discs and they work wonders to relief my aches and pains and I don't have to rely on motrin or ibuprofen. I would highly recommend this product to everyone seeking sore muscle relief.

I liked phiten. I�m orders 4 items. But I didn�t revive yet. Check with the post office, they claim they will check to see what happens to my delivery.

Light, comfortable and stable support
Over time the challenges with my knees have increased, Father Time and a lot of mileage from sports. My right knee has a deformed ACL from a soccer injury, that was not correctly diagnosed at the time due to the medical technology available and was not able to heal properly. I have also had several torn meniscus episodes in this knee too. I did not choose to have any operations on the knee, just gave up all running & playing any sports. I try to stay active by walking, as running is not possible because of knee stability challenges. I have found that this Phiten firm Metax knee support really assists with knee stability with my right knee when walking. I try to walk about 5 miles 2 to 3 times a week. With this brace, my worries about buckling or hurting my knee are minimized.
Also, what I like is that I can hand wash this brace to help keep it clean on a regular basis.

I bought this necklace because I have pain (arthritis?) in my neck. I have been putting Metax on my neck and that has definitely helped. I bought this necklace for additional help. My neck has been so much better since I got this necklace. Is it the necklace or the Metax lotion? Who knows. I do not really care. I love the necklace. It looks nice no matter what I am wearing and is so comfortable.
