Wow - these get me back to walking normally. Much better than the little round ones due to coverage are swelling. So appreciative being able to minimize my pain along with using the Metax. These are amazing and worth purchasing.

I love these easy pads that are pre cut and easy to take with you anywhere and are easy to adhere to your skin!!

I have been using Phiten Titanium Precut Power Tape for some time now. Whenever I have stiffness or tendinitis in my neck, legs, back, arms etc the relief is instantaneous. Best product ever to relieve minor joint pain. I don't need it every day, but when my knee acts up it is good to have the Phiten pre-cut strips available. They are reasonably priced too!

Started using this item sometime back. Found them to work very well for my arthritis. They are good for 3 days.

I love Phiten, but this last batch of precut seem like they don't stick as well. I'm going to reorder since it is handle to carry in my purse, but what changed? The roll tape works great but not convenient to carry with me.

I have been using these for a decade. They relieve my pains, and I have plenty of aches and pains. I use it after golf for muscle pain. I usually get relief in minutes.

I experienced a noticeable reduction in pain and stiffness on my arm tendon. I continue using ice and heat contract applications but the strips keep me going in between and overall seem to be helping the healing process. I like the ease of application and the fact they can stay on for 2 or 3 days. They don't fall off!

When applied to tight muscles, tender sites or arthritic joints, you won't believe how quickly it heals! Only takes 5 minutes to know if it is working. It will not work on a bone to bone joint issue. I've used titanium tape for years. Help rid me of bursitis in my shoulder and aches in my back. Highly recommend it.

My numbness is in my instep of both feet. Using the precut strip is so much more efficient and beneficial. I also use the discs at the base of the toes. I even showed my neurologist the tape and discs. I told him that I don't know how it works, but it does!

Did the precut strips get smaller? And the stickum is not as good as it has been in the past. They wrinkle and fall off more easily. They still work, but I am a little disappointed as this is the first time I mail ordered because Phiten just closed its store here in Pearlridge Mall in Hawaii.

I have tried several different tapes but this one is by far the best and longest lasting. It stays in place after workouts and showers and maintains it's elasticity. Highly recommend this product.

I find the strips to be most beneficial for under my feet. They stay in place and do not curl up.

Cut these in half, one strip is good for subluxated thumb joint.

Helps eliminate pain for tendinitis

I highly recommend this product. I put the patches on my body wherever it hurts. The product takes a few hours to start working and then relieves pain for about 3 days. It is also waterproof and does not come off in the shower. After 3 days, I remove the patches and apply new ones. For me, this product is more effective than Ibuprofen. I highly recommend Titanium power tape for pain relief, especially for arthritis. I will continue to purchase it.

I applied several strips on my right shoulder the night before I played golf. It felt like my frozen shoulder loosened up overnight and okayed a great round the next day. The only issue I had was that it doesn’t stick to your body for too long. Other than that, it works for me. I hope they can be priced a little cheaper or have some sort of subscription offers for repeat customers.

Using discs and patches to alleviate severe L4-L5 back pain. Was initially skeptical, but tried these with pretty amazing results. When gentle stretching, heat and/or cold don’t work, I use/add the discs with good success. Company personnel knowledgeable and very helpful. I have also received and gifted socks as gifts.
