Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped from Torrance, California. Most orders placed before 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are generally processed the next business day.
Shipping may be delayed if payment cannot be processed or verified. Some credit card issuers may place a hold on a payment if the billing information is inaccurate or the billing and shipping addresses differ.
Shipping Destinations
PHITEN / Optima Life Japan, Inc. ships to the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories. Orders shipping outside the continental United States are sent via the United States Postal Service.
FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. FedEx and UPS deliveries are made Monday through Friday only; weekend delivery is not available through the shipping options listed above.

Made of a mesh material with excellent breathability combined with a high-density rubber removable belt provides for a wide range of support strength with adjustable capability. The embedded support pads and belt provide proper fit and comfort.
