Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped from Torrance, California. Most orders placed before 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are generally processed the next business day.
Shipping may be delayed if payment cannot be processed or verified. Some credit card issuers may place a hold on a payment if the billing information is inaccurate or the billing and shipping addresses differ.
Shipping Destinations
PHITEN / Optima Life Japan, Inc. ships to the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories. Orders shipping outside the continental United States are sent via the United States Postal Service.
FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. FedEx and UPS deliveries are made Monday through Friday only; weekend delivery is not available through the shipping options listed above.

Phiten's Metax Tape contains both Phiten’s AQUA-TITANIUM® and AQUA-PALLADIUM® technology. It can be kept on for two to three days due to its water repellent material making it versatile and strong against perspiration and water. The oval design makes it easy to apply on every part of the body, especially when wrapping around the fingers and toes. The surface of the tape contains Phiten’s AQUA-TITANIUM®, AQUA-PALLADIUM®, as well as carbonized titanium and various ores on the back.
