I am soo disappointed with the sizing guide for this compression arm sleeve. I followed the guide and measured my arm twice. And I ordered the medium size per the guide. It is way too big. It slides down my arm when I wear it. Defeating its purpose. I have used phiten compression arm sleeves for years and I really feel that they help. But it was time for a new one and I have gained weight. So I got the medium per the size instructions. I should have gotten a size small.

In my original review I was disappointed that my sleeve was too big and slid off my arm. I did not think that I could return it for a refund since I had worn it. I decided to call Phiten anyway to explain my situation. They were very helpful and pleasant and l am getting a new sleeve in the correct size and I am very happy.

I first used the TCAS when I injured my arm playing table tennis at a very intense level. I found that this product provided very obvious relief from the pain. Using it while I worked out in the gym, I also noticed that it helped in the strength I felt on the side I was wearing it. This was quite obvious and I have used it during my upper body workouts ever since. I also wear a few titanium necklaced and Phiten wristbands are also a must! I've been using Phiten products since they opened a store in downtown Seattle over 15 years ago. The store has since closed, but I remain a loyal customer because the products are awesome!

Love this product. Good for arthritis and pain caused by vertebral discs in the spine. Works for about 3 days for me. I use it on my neck, back, and shoulders.

These socks are great! They are soft, comfortable, and do not shrink after washing and drying. I wear size 7 1/2-8 shoe and ordered a medium. That is what the associate at Phiten suggested, and he was correct. The medium is perfect. Thank you!

Pain Relief
I have severe nerve damage and my hand and I’m a finger amputation. Phiten products have been a miracle. The only time I take this bracelet off is to change it out for another every couple of yrs. If you have true nerve damage this product will work 💯 . I was looking for any to help and medication wasn’t the long term solution.
