Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped from Torrance, California. Most orders placed before 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are generally processed the next business day.

Shipping Destinations
PHITEN / Optima Life Japan, Inc. ships to the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories. Orders shipping outside the continental United States are sent via the United States Postal Service.
FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. FedEx and UPS deliveries are made Monday through Friday only; weekend delivery is not available through the shipping options listed above.

Metax Ankle Brace has now been available with updated features. The length has been longer than the previous model for additional coverage around the ankle. The strength level of support can be adjusted with an updated high-density removable support belt which restricts unwanted ankle movement which helps to prevent injury, increase stability, and reduce discomfort. The Metax Ankle Brace is permeated with Phiten’s latest Metax Technology making this product vastly different from other supporters on the market. ***Package contains one Ankle Brace only.
