  • Alignment issues in the legs, which can affect posture and walking

  • Stretching and Strengthening Exercises: Specific exercises can strengthen the muscles around the arch and improve foot stability.
  • Physical Therapy: A physical therapist can develop a personalized treatment plan to address pain and functional issues.
