I use this with tapes and also to massage and works great. Added benefit is that it is great for my skin. It's so soft and feels firm and even feels like repaired the sun damage from the past. Smells great, no oily residue, just perfect. Definitely recommend. (Actually I bought a couple more to share with family and a friend!)
